About

Monday, March 5th, 2007

Across any medium, a good art director has to be able to communicate a vision through voice, pen, shutter, computer and anything else that stands in the way of the idea being perfectly executed. While my main focus has been in the area of Graphic Design, I have found it important to get a deeper understanding of other creative disciplines such as Advertising, Interactive, Animation, Illustration, Photography and even Fine Art. While developing my skills in all these different areas I have learned how interrelated they all are. I believe that with my skills and experience, and through the samples of my work (which you will see in this site) that I can tackle any job, with any budget, and deliver on time.

Music

Saturday, February 17th, 2007

As a college student and post-grad I found a great way to releive tension and show creativity in a no-holds-barred environment. This was the creation and performance of original music. A couple of friends and I started our first rock band named “Corkscrew”. We played a number of parties and events around Southern California. Our biggest claim to fame was performing at the Hard Rock Cafe in Newport Beach.
